In 2019 ALFA research and DH research teams organise three different seminars. Two are monthly seminar taking place in Paris Observatory. The first is dedicated to research question on the Alfonsine corpus. The second is directed toward question of Digital Humanities as they appear in the context of ALFA.
The third seminar is organised in cooperation with the Manuscript department of the Bibliothèque nationale de France. It aims at providing an introduction to medieval astronomy and astrology by a cursory reading of original sources, which will be contextualised, explained and commented all along the sessions in a way accesible for master and PhD students.
